e) Dry your body well before putting on your clothes after bath
f) You must take shower after coming back from GYM
g) Avoid wearing under garments at the night time.
h)You can apply little olive oil on the afftected area on the wet skin after bathing if there is peeling of skin in affected area.
i) Avoid wearing jeans ; wear cotton trousers.
