A FEW EASY TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM SUN

  • Use sunscreen liberally 20 minutes before you step out in sun; especially on cloudy days.
  • Use sunscreen in adequate quantities.
  • Apply on all exposed areas ; do not forget your lips and ears.
  • Blend in upwards with gentle stroking motion.
  • Use it every 3 hours. Reapply after swimming or sweating
  • Use an umbrella or wear a wide brimmed hat.
  • Avoid synthetic fabrics. Use light coloured cotton. It helps absorb harmful UV rays
  • Minimize exposure to sun between 10 AM ? 4 PM.
  • Use sunglasses
  • Sit in the shade whenever possible.
  • Wear protective , tightly woven clothing
