What is it?
This is a non-invasive treatment that is ideal for skin care concerns such as dilated veins or capillaries which is usually noticed around the nose, under the eyes and on the cheeks. It can also be used to lighten or erase brown pigments such as age and liver spots, sun related damages and hormone induced dark areas of the skin; as well as fine lines wrinkles.
How does it work?
Laser Photo-Facial Rejuvenation uses gentle light and thermal energy to promote collagen production in the dermis and restores the skin to a more youthful state through wrinkle reduction. Brown spots (pigmented imperfections) from sun damage and ageing, red blotching from spider vessels or rosacea (vascular Imperfections) and rough porous skin texture improve over a treatment series..
Procedure
Before starting any treatment, a full skin analysis and health history is taken into consideration, after which a tailor-made treatment is devised depending on the skin analysis. Now, during the treatment, the face is cleaned with a cleansing gel after which a cooling gel is applied on the area to be treated. This non-ablative laser, with the appropriate influence and pulse rate. Penetrates deep below the skin’s surface to treat the issues at source.
Results
Laser Photo-Facial Rejuvenation requires no post service care and patients can resume normal activities immediately. However, it is highly recommended to avoid rigorous scrubbing of the face once the treatment is completed and direct sun exposure should also be avoided. And do not forget to wear sunscreen, always!
